The houseboats are located in the Western Cape National Park, a few steps from Postberg Flower Reserve. Cape Town International Airport is 121 km away. Access requires a short boat transfer from the dock. The reception area is currently a construction site; guests should be prepared for that upon arrival.

Staff are available 24/7 for boat transfers, water refills, and assistance. Daily housekeeping is included. Private check-in/check-out, grocery deliveries (upon request), and packed lunches can be arranged. Free parking is available on site, as are 24-hour security and fire alarms.
